RETURN POLICY

​

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds. All purchases are FINAL SALE.

 

However we do offer store credit. If you have a return please contact us at Donchristellc@Donchriste.com for instructions.

 

You have 3 days after you receive your item(s) to be eligible for a return. 

 

Several types of items are exempt from being returned for store credit. All waist trimmers, workout accessories/ equipment (excluding waist trainers, sweat leggings, and sweat jumper) flash sale, and sale items are FINAL SALE.

Condition: 

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged. Please return it in the way you received it, with original packaging. If it’s not in original packaging, your return will be denied, and your item(s) will be mailed back to you. 

 

Return:

We will send you an email when your package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note, returns take up to 10 business day to process upon reaching our warehouse. Once return is processed and credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

SHIPPING

Shipping and handling is as follows: 

 

You will receive your order anywhere from 3-7 business days after the date that you placed your order.

We DO OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

Keep in mind that business days DO NOT include weekends or holidays. We ship domestic using USPS Priority Mail, UPS, & FEDEX.

You will receive a shipping notification via email with a tracking number once your order is processed.

Due to COVID-19 shipping is taking longer than usual, and could be delayed. Thank you for your patience.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES ONCE WE SHIP PACKAGES. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT. However,  If your item is returned to sender it’s usually because the address was invalid, or entered incorrectly. Sometimes it also happens because your unit, suite, or apt number is missing. We are not responsible for packages once they are shipped. You are responsible with providing us with accurate address. If your packaged is returned to sender, you are responsible for covering $10 to reship. Please email Info@donchriste.com and give your correct address, then you’ll be invoiced via email to reship your order.
